I started Fit to Deliver classes when I was 24 weeks pregnant and developing low back ache. My doctor referred me as I was keen to continue exercising but walking was becoming increasingly difficult. I’m so glad he did!
After my first class I could feel muscles working that I never knew existed. My back ache resolved after just a few classes but I continued right up until 3 days before my baby girl, Nina, was born. I never expected my recovery to go so well, and I was back at class after 4 weeks. I can’t thank the Fit to Deliver physios enough, I am back in my old jeans and I feel great!

If you are between 30 and 38 weeks pregnant come along to our workshops to hear practical advice and practise skills to use during labour and delivery!!
We will focus on using practical, non-invasive, pain management techniques to use during labour.
Classes run approx. every 6 weeks.
