Benefits of Fit to Deliver Pilates

  • Classes are lots of fun – no special breathing, fancy outfits or complicated exercises. We want you to enjoy your time exercising.
  • All classes taught by friendly, experienced physiotherapists who can safely modify exercises specifically for you, or recommend an individual treatment program.
  • You can bring your baby. Don’t worry if your baby is a bit unsettled, you can take a few minutes to give them a cuddle. We’re all in the same boat, so a bit of crying doesn’t bother us. Comfy chairs, cushions available for feeding. Microwave available too.
  • Safe if you’ve had a caesarean, abdominal muscle separation, pregnancy related back pain or pelvic pain.
  • All levels of fitness welcome. No previous experience required.
